Over his forty-nine years of practice, Mr. Schram has worked in different legal areas. During his earlier years, Mr. Schram practiced in the areas of corporate law, business planning, and federal and state taxation. During his years of practice in taxation, The State Bar of California recognized him as a Certified Legal Specialist in that field. In the late 1990’s, he settled permanently into an estate planning, trust and probate practice. In his early years, Mr. Schram provided volunteer services for Neighborhood House and he was a Founding Member and Founding Attorney for the Del Mar Winston School for Learning Disabled Children.Â
Mr. Schram received a Bachelor of Science from the University of San Diego in 1970, a Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame in 1973 and an LLM in Taxation from the University of San Diego in 1992.
Mr. Schram is a member of The State Bar of California, the State Bar section on Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law, and a member of the San Diego County Bar Association.
